- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products - Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Accurately process transactions and handle cash - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Multilingual abilities are a plus Please note that this position requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
