Personal Assistant Job Description Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team - Manage and maintain the executive's schedule and appointments - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness - File and organize documents, both physical and digital - Schedule meetings and conference calls using Outlook Calendar - Use Google Suite to create, edit, and share documents Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
